Corporate Management

Corporate management supports the CEO in his tasks and consists of the CFO and the CLO (Chief Legal Officer) of the Group. Group management supports the CEO in operative management, implementation and follow-up of the CEO´s competence area, in particular as regards the management and development of the business portfolio, asset management and taxation, internal audit, Corporate Governance of the Company, investor and marketing communications and risk management.
